- SURVEY: Participants will be asked to complete a short online survey designed to gather insights into leadership strategies, organizational readiness, and continuous improvement practices in relation to artificial intelligence (AI) integration. The survey is administered through a secure, web-based platform and can be completed using any desktop or mobile device. It is estimated to take approximately 10--15 minutes to complete.
- DOCUMENTATION (Optional): Organizations may also elect to provide relevant supporting documentation, such as process improvement reports, AI adoption frameworks, or leadership communication materials. These materials will be used solely for contextual analysis and will be handled in accordance with institutional research ethics and confidentiality standards.
You may participate in the survey without providing documentation. If you share documents, please remove sensitive details or provide redacted versions.

This study seeks input from three types of insurance professionals:
Leadership Roles (5 per organization)
- C-suite executives (CTO, CIO, COO, Chief AI/Data Officers)
- VPs and Directors involved in AI strategy and decision-making
- Innovation and Transformation leaders
IT/Technical Roles (5 per organization)
- AI/ML engineers and data scientists
- Product managers and solution architects
- IT managers and project leads working on AI implementation
Frontline/End-User Roles (5 per organization)
- Underwriters using AI-powered tools
- Claims adjusters and examiners
- Innovation and Transformation leaders
- Case managers and operational staff
What's Involved?
- One confidential online questionnaire (15-20 minutes)
- Questions about your experience with AI tools, training, and workplace impact
- Optional: Sharing internal documentation (AI strategy documents, training materials, etc.)
All responses are:

Participants are requested to complete and submit all surveys within two (2) weeks of signing the Organizational Informed Consent Form (PDF)
For organizations electing to provide documentation as described above, the requested materials should be submitted within the same timeframe --- two (2) weeks of signing the Organizational Document Release Form (PDF).
